Hello from Orangeville

Hi, what a great sight this is my first post ever. I have being putting my very first car together for the past 2 years it is 66 Beaumont custom 2dr, production date Jan 15/66 & sold at Grant Brown Motors in Weston Ontario looks like I'm the fourth owner & hopefully the last. Body & Frame were in good shape so some quick work & a new paint job was done last year along with a new complete interior. This year I am going to try to update the suspension & install a rebuilt engine. I'm learning along the way & having a great time hope to talk to you soon.

A big welcome from B.C.
I've been to Orangeville before, one of my ex-girlfriends family lives there.
His name is Ron, I forget last name.  He does(owns) all the pool tables around there.  If you like playing pool I'm sure you've met him.  I'm looking at Google earth I think he lives(lived) on 5th line just past the trucking company.
Ahh, memories.

Good morning to all, being my first project & from what wife says will be my last I set out trying first to get the car that I always loved 66 chevelle when my boss told me about the beaumonts & that it might be better to get one instead of the chevelle well now I know why he is the boss. Once the car was found in Owen Sound the second step was to create a car that we(wife,3kids & my self) could drive anywhere with little worry, well thats when I got my big lesson On economics & to think that for the past 20 yrs I have being working at a recycling yard that shreds about 300 cars a day OH MY GOD how many parts did I destroy.
