Go to the site Carl has listed and click on the 69 GTO for sale.[ top right hand of the add] Dosnt look too bad for $4900. Any one ever re-done a flood damaged car? Just a first thought for the day.idea

It does look repairable. You'd likely need to do some rewiring due to corroded terminals though. Did you see the 54 Vette with the "smoke damage"?
