you can't own them all but.....it would be nice to buy this one!!Carl this is like the canso sport deluxe I had in my driveway-same color combo-but it was a 6 banger-nice little car!!
Oh, I know................................................
I want it, I want it, (repeat a hundred times!)
Carl; calm down.. just press that bid button, until his annoying reserve goes away!! It is a sweet car! better than a RRSP.....I,m not a black car fan, but i could drive that.. Carl2
Nice looking Canso. That is my favorite year. Did anyone else notice that this car still has an Ontario front plate. I wonder if this guy just bought these cars or is selling them for other people? His feedback rating is zero. I would be a little hesitant on buying any car from someone with no rating.
For sure there is a lot of investigation needed before buying from a seller with no feedback reading, especially when buying high dollar valued items. The cars are certainly nice however. Suppose there was a time when Wayne Gretzky had ZERO goals.
Still I have to wonder how you make any money buying a car in Ontario, taking it to Colorado and then offering it for sale?

Some people don't know how to deal with the border and would prefer not to do it. I have seen cars listed on ebay from a seller in Canada and the car is in the US.
That car has been in the USA for over 10 years. I had a chance to buy it for $25,000 off the owner listed in the GM Documentation (John Holmes, easy name to remember!). Didn't have the cash and the exchange back then really killed the deal. I had the opportunity to buy 3 L79's but family budget never made it a reality (I would have owned them all if it weren't for those medalsome kids! ). I never knew where it ended up until now. I hear he wants up over $60,000 for it.

I was going to mention, that it seems silly, to see cars, that owners want 60 k for, in a auction, with people to trying to grab it at 10k. BUT I looked at the Nova/Acadian ad and saw it over 50,000.00 Wow...
Just curious, anyone know the production numbers for 66 L79 Cansos? Lusted terribly for one when I was a teenager. They were stinkin FAST! Looks like the average schmuck couldnt afford one now.
I've seen 144 total L-79 Nova Acadian combined for canadian production (it's on the build sheet of the auction car). I've heard Acadian was 63 of that. Dan
