I do and I have.  I would tell anyone that it is a good comparative tool.  Meaning if you want to see the difference between cams it is good.  Do not, however, expect to find exact real world results. 

Mine in particular, I think it is 2000(yr).  It has limited intake and head profiles, but it does allow me to play with cam profiles and choose something more to my liking.

Like I said, don't expect to say, "my engine made XXX horsepower".  I think in reality I would expect the numbers to be inflated. IMO
