My son and I took the Laurentian to the Norwich show and shine. The car ran great (and it loves gas too...). The show was a huge success. Saw some nice Canadian Ponchos (and Beaumonts) however not one Acadian was there. Here's some photos:

I'm sure Slinky will post more photo's as he was an organizer. I had a great time and was relieved that car worked so well. It was good to have the car safely home:
looks awesome! wanted to go but i have the inlaws down for the weekend but i think my father in law and i are going to go to the canadian tire show sunday. If anybodys going let me know.
Great pictures looks like you had great weather for the show. Love your license plates "DADHAD1". I'm guessing that's you standing in front of your car in the picture.
Say the picture of '69 Parisenne what colour is the paint? It sort of looks like the '64/65 Paint colour Evening Orchid but not quite the right shade or hue. Could it be a silver or grey? Looks like a great car.
That was your first car show with the Laurentian this year or since you've owned the car? Did you get a lot of folks wanting to talk to you about your car?

The other 69 was silver but I'm not sure what shade or year colour it was. The owner wasn't around. It was my first show since buying the car last October. It was so hot that day in the sun that I really didn't spend much time near the car. My son and I stayed in the shade. That is me in front of the car. Todd

Ken, I think you just earned a Poncho hat with that comment! It must be my wifes healthy cooking! Actually, just like my car, I look better in photos! In person you see some of the grey starting... Todd
I often tell people that I appraise cars for not to be so critical of theirs-look around at the others-when you own them you always know the flaws ! can't make them too good or you won't drive them.
