The owner sent this to me today:
"Hi, Not sure if you are interested or not. After going over the vehicle better with some people, we have come to the conclusion that it probably not a restorer but just a good parts car. Engine - 283 and 2 speed tranny are original with 68,000 miles. Doors are good, rear fenders fair, hood and trunk are really good. all glass is good. All other parts are there, some are pitted. Just lettin you know to maybe answer a few questions. Would let go for $700. thanks,

It probably is worth the sum of it's parts. I assume the frame is shot.
