I've been reading that A&W are welcoming all old cars out to their places. When will car hop service be back?

Is this something particular to certain A & W's?  Nothing goes on at the one closest to my place.hmm  Are there any special deals for old car drivers?

They started a promotion this year called "Cruising the Dub". But they've always cruised A&W around here after they closed the "Willy's Burger" I think if you go to the A&W site, you should be able to find some info. I'm pretty sure its a Cross-Canada thing.

I checked the A & W site, Newmarket and Ajax are closest ones to me, both are 50km+ away.  I'll have to see if there is any reviews of these cruises on any of the GTA cruise boards.

D., the Ajax ones seem to be on Thursday nights.  I'd up for checking it out next week if you and 73 SC are up to it.

Last time I checked, no one had car hops, a thing of the past. Too bad, they should have at least one in every city. I know the one across from Polo Park parks like the old car hops, but not a car hop....is it?
Elect me President of the world and there will be 1 car hop in every town.

The only problem is, I don't think you'd find anyone who wanted to be one. I mean, look at the kids that are working in these places now, can you imagine puttin them on rollerskates? Or trying to bring your order out to you...Too much labour for kids nowadays
