Being the car's a '67 and not a 68 or 69, thick panels and all it may be best to confirm the Cowl Tag before deeming this buggy a good or bad deal?.
No doubt yellow cars often seem be the bondo wagons but until someone checks the tag, it may be best to think there could be a Canadian documentable 4L/Z-28 or 4K/L-78 car hiding under the mud job?.
