I can't upload pics, they're bitmap. Any gurus out there willing to walk me thru this?

The easiest way would be to upload them to photobucket.com and then link them from there.

Step #1 Download this program. http://www.irfanview.com/
It is the best file viewing program on the planet. I'm a professional photographer and it is my choice for viewing files. The program is small, quick and very versatile.

Step #2 Open a Bitmap photo in IrfanView.

Step #3 Go to File. Click on Save As and choose Save as type JPG - JPG/JPEG Format.

Step #4 Pick a location where you want to save the file then hit Save.

Options You can also do a batch conversion and convert a bunch all at once.

 Just open the image.
Click on the icon along the bottom, second from the right (little picture). It closes image and re-opens for editing (a paint program).
When it opens, click on file, save as.
In the popup window that appears, select the file type you'd like (jpeg). give it a name and destination, then save it.
