Speaking of Ace Ventura, my mother in law used to be the bookkeeper for Jim Carey's parents years ago. They used to always say "Jimmy, show us your latest routine" and he'd ham it up for her. See, I'm nearly famous!
I have a feature car, however it may be a day or two late getting it up. My main desktop PC's monitor just fried and that's where my photoshop software is! I may not be able to pick up another monitor until later this week.
It's been this way all week for me. The monitor, the carb, the exhaust fan in our washroom quit, and one of the two little RC cars my son and I bought lost a wheel and we can't find the microscopic nut that holds it in place. We have all of 15 minutes use on it. Of course it was the car I was driving!
1971 Acadians were not buillt in Canada.. are they Canadian Ponchos? I think so!
Excellent Point! They were built and intended only for Sale in Canada though so I agree with you. Now here's one, there were 71 Ventura's and 71 Acadians, what gives with that?

according to Wickipedia, the Acadian was replaced by Ventura II, probably mid way through 1971.. The car I bought, was sold new in US, so I guess they decided to make one car for both countries I guessing ... Carl... Would I try to find info from Canada or US Pontiac sources?
I was looking at pictures of my 1972 Ventura, and it says II as well.. apparently they were called Ventura II in 71 ans 72 only thanks !! hope to have it home for BBQ at TODD,S I was thinking of getting a turntable, and a car cover and some models for the unveiling.. haha
