That is a very solid looking car. I could make a clone of my dad's 77 Sport coupe with that one! Then I'd have to have plates for it that say "DADHAD1-2"
I agree with you, for the money I am actually thinking more about this one than the others you posted.
According to my 1977 sales brochure, that 6 banger is the tried and true in line Chevrolet 250 Todd. In 78 the Buick V6 would have made it debut in the downsized LeMans.
Really? A 250? I contacted the seller. There is a deposit on the car but it hasn't been picked up yet. She said she'd let me know if the deal falls through.
For 600 you cant lose-esp if those buckets and console are in nice shape.
I actually was interested in the interior parts. Some good exterior trim parts too that interchange on my 73, rocker molding front wheel opening molding, door sweeps, glass etc...well over $600 if parted.

That is interesting, I mean for $600 I would have peeled off the 20's and drove it home. If you have to put a deposit down on a $600 car I don't think that bodes very well.
Don't get too excited. The car does have a deposit on it.
....but we are ready to pounce. Still waiting to hear back on the parts car in Kitchener and Sport Coupe in Brampton. E-mail does not seem to work well with Kijiji.
That car is a bargain, best deal on kijiji in awhile! Like Todd said, If you have to leave a deposit on a $600 car... Chances are you get a call back. Good luck to you on this one.
