Does anyone make a Nav system with G-tech features?

I'd like to get a navigation system that also utilizes the GPS to determine speed, 1/4 mile and 0-60 times much like a G-tech does. I'm sure someone makes one but I'm not having any like finding one. Is there such a system out there?
