Ok let's hi-jack this thread, I say they are Olds super stock rims without centre caps...
You've got that right ... they look great on a Cutlass!

had a 70 monte and they came with corvette style ralleys, not those. saw a 40 chev this summer that had those rims, i do remember talking to the guy and he had to replace a couple of the little chrome pieces that fit inside the louvers
I'm leaning towards the Olds rims too...supposedly I've been wrong before though, just ask my ex and her lawyer! .
The boneyards seem to still have a good supply of the Oldsie rims in the 14" size being they were shipped on thousands of Cutlasses through the 80's...N. Americas best selling car for a buncha' years!. I bought a 14" set a couple years ago when I was doing a '67 442 clone for a guy, nice shape w/ all trim and beauty rings...all 5 for $100!. Even though they're '68 & up option, they look good on any Cutlass...I've never really cared for the look of them on non-Olds cars myself but each their own..
The '66 seems like a cool car for the dough...or at least worthy of a closer look?.
