With buying all the parts and doing a resto........At this time you can get a complete car cheaper. The project cars are coming out of the woodwork as guys realize that they can't afford it. I think we'll see more of these cars if the economy keeps in the same direction.

I may get corrected on this, but I think it's the same as current day Z49 option.

As far as I know, it means the vehicle conforms to Canadian laws for seat belts, bumpers, speedometer etc.
