I work work along side todd ... just on the more expensive side of the shop .
dont have any pontiacs ... do have a Cutlass though ( atleast your brand still exists ) 1967 Cutlass S with a 425 out of toro wedged in front its been off the road for some time & things have prevented me from fixing the " back burner" ..... but now i have the space to work on it ... and some days i even have time !
I have been in the old car hobby for quite some time ... my dad is a hardcore oldsmobile guy .. & has done a number of restorations ( full frame off stuff) and i have been put to work on most of his stuff ( probably why i now turn a wrench for a living )
Cars that have passed through the old mans garage in the last little while - 68 cutlass convert - 68 Hurst/olds - 69 Hurst/olds ( 2 ) - 83 hurst/olds - 70 rally 350 - a couple of vista cruisers - 70 Hurst/olds pace car - 66 - w-30 - 73 hurst olds - 70 w-30 ( just finished ) - 71 - w31 w/w27 aluminum rear end - waiting for its turn to be finished - 66 cutlass flat top wagon ( cruise nite ride & parts chaser ) non olds cars - 81 malibu wagon - 69 c10 short box - 70 3door suburban 4x4 - bullet mustang - 87 buick grand national i may have for gotten some along the way
i'll post some pics of some of the stuff - when i can get some of them here a pic of his old 66w-30 & one of his 70 before it was freshened up
Welcome ! I like the BOP Three's Company GSX-442-GTO are my favorites and afterall, Oldsmobile are the first one who introduced the mighty 455 back in 1968 ! Thumbs up !!!
Welcome. I have a 70 Olds Cutlass S 2 door hardtop that my Dad factory ordered, with the 6 banger! I added a Clifford intake with Holley 390 cfm 4 bbl and split headers with dual exhaust. Do you belong to the Oldsmobile Club of Canada? Is it still around? I let my membership lapse a couple of years ago, mainly because no body from the club gave me notice or sent a reminder.

the club is still around ... but is dwindling compared to the way it was say 5yrs ago my dad was a memeber for along time .. but now is a member in the OCA (olds club of america) and is in charge of the swap meets at the nationals His name is John vanderTuin

Welcome aboard. Very nice looking wagon. That's alot of tint used on 1 car.
Its alot of windows & it blots out the interior witch is blood red & in immaculate condition belive it or not - he bought it from a ford dealership in the states for less then 10grand and it was in that condition when he got it ... needed no work at all
its a 330 olds with a TURBO 400 & 3:23 rear end in it all he has done is swapped a 4bbl onto it & is currently getting a 4 speed swap ready for it
