Back in 1972 I remember riding our bikes through the Don Valley, long before the marked paths and what not and when we came up behind the Ontario Science Centre they were shooting the 1973 Pontiac commercials on the service roads with the "State of the Art Science Cente" as a back drop. That is basically Eglinton and Don Mills in Toronto.
The Acadian photo if I had to guess is probably on lake Ontario closer to Oshawa, there is nowhere now or then in Toronto that looks like that on the lake plus you can see the Scarborough Bluffs or skyline of Toronto very faintly in the distance, so it is definitely East of TO.
hey steve i was talking to ken today and he said a 73 lemans came into newcastle recycling the other day,tan interior, was a console car
Mine is saddle which I suppose is tan. I have no console between my buckets but I could consider a drivers seat also seat belts that go beside console that are 14" long encased in hard plastic, If you go can you get some pics please. I don't need much exterior either but I could use taillights as spares, rocker moulding would be good. Original wheel well trim but that is a long long shot.
Check for front parking lamps too, one year only as are most exterior parts on the 73. A good pair is in high demand.
