Winnipeg/Manitoba members check in please re: CP gathering

In another thread, there is a discussion regarding the Ontario guys getting together at some point.

I mentioned that there had been some talk among a few of us at one of the cruise nights.

Anyone up for a Tim's night some time, maybe before Christmas? Or better yet, I think we should all tour beaumontwagon's garage!!! (Just kidding!) or beaumontguru, or ak67sd, or fake68, or 68sd396rag, or...........................

Anyway, please check in and say yay or nay to this idea if you would please.

Sure, anytime is fine,  pick a date and and place, keep me posted.

I'm guessing i will be the only one that shows up driving a Beaumont this tme of year.
So we could atleast oooh and ahhh over all the rustbiggrinbiggrin

I'd say we could meet at my garage, but it is kind of boring in the winter.  All the cars are out under big snowpiles.  We will use it for a summer meet next year.

I would like to get together some time whenever.

Maybe we can have a meet in Steinbach @ the new Tim's? Last chance ride even though there is snow on the ground.

If your garage is warm and we all bring a lawn chair......

I will gladly bring the coffee pot and the Tim's to fill it! Or do we just want to sit at a Tim's somewhere? I will gladly pick the day if you guys chime in what evenings are good/bad for you.

Garages are always cooler than Tim's.

Sounds like we might have quite a crew though !!
Anyone have a big enough spot to hang out?

My garage has room but it's a bit of a haul for all you guys. 30 minutes south of the perimeter down Highway 75.

If you guys are willing, I can sure do it.

Fake68 and 68sd396rag both know the way here by now.....

My son is the lost one in the pic. They sure taught him how to stand up strait .Cadets sure changed him he became much more help full and polite when he joined . They turned a lazy boy into a young man and he became much more confident

I wish my son would do the same instead of bumming around not going to school, he's 17 going on 18 and quit school halfway in grade 10. Myself, I've been in the service since 22 years of age 22 years ago as an airframe tech. Hopefully my son will straightened up some day...maybe when he turns 22 who knows !

My ex wife and kids (daughter 15) are in Regina, I'll be visiting them next weekend, I go once a month. Too bad about no more cadets for your son.
