I have someone looking for a pitman arm for power steering for a Beaumont. This is the steering arm that is attached to the bottom of the steering box.
I looked in my parts book and it will fit from any A body (Chevelle, Beaumont, Skylark, Cutlass or Lemans) with power steering from late 64 all the way through 67. Early 64 is different. The way to tell is by measuring the steering centre link diameter. If it is13/16", that is the small one and the arm is not the one we need. If it is 7/8", that is the large one and that is the one we are looking for.
Thanks. Carl

Oh, cool. Thanks! I hadn't ever seen a repro listed. I will check that out. I'm not surprised someone makes it. I would think demand would be good for it.

Thanks, I should have looked there first. I just remember trying to find one for a guy a number of years ago and it was a brute to find. I shouldn't have assumed there was no repro out there.
Seems like a decent deal for them too. I suppose it's made in China like most other musclecar parts are though...
