Good Day To All ! Thank You so much for letting Me be part of one of the Finest Pontiac web-sites that I have seen ! Very informative & enlightening ! I am now the proud owner of a 1975 Pontiac Parisienne-2-door, With hopefully, many more Pontiacs in My lifetime, as "I just love these cars !" The styling & performance is like no other. I will pull up a chair & gladly attend "Pontiac 101". It is a great web-site & a privledge that I cherish. Thank You All so much once again !
Vern, Vern, Vern. You know very well that age equals experience...
If you guys aren't nice I might actually go to the garage and do some work one of these days instead of spending my entire life on this forum. As a matter of fact, I think I"m going to start doing that right away, .........tomorrow...........

Welcome to the site. When you are not finding the Poncho info you are looking for we will at least keep you entertained.
I just wanted to clarify what 427carl said earlier. Most of us are guys with old Pontiacs. Not to be mistaken with old guys with Pontiacs. Enjoy the site.

Well my car is 36 and today I turned 51 so I think I am an old guy with an old Pontiac not a guy with an old Pontiac . Celebrated by taking in a Raptors game, that makes you feel young anyway, at $240 a ticket I'm glad they won!
Thanks Carl, Ya it feels fine, never one to worry about birthdays although I am glad I have a thick head of hair with very few grey ones yet at my age!
I had an aunt who was completely grey at 19 so I am told. While I was referring to my hair I think there would be concensus on your take of it too.
If you read your original post, you wrote it correct. I just did some "editing" to make it sound better in my post. My mom was gray like that to. She's the one who did this to me, I know it.
Derailed this thread rather well I must say.....

$ 240.00 for 1 ticket ... I thought we were in a recession.

That same seat is just a tad under $400 for a Leafs game! Also we paid $14 for a roast beef sandwhich, $7 for a beer and $6 for an ice cream bar. We went with another couple who paid!!! So to recap 4 seats cost $960, 4 snacks and drinks another $150, cab ride $25 for a total of $1,135...isn't that obscene.
Wow I am honoured, to have friends, who have friends, who can get keep investing, in the economy! I am glad I live in Clinton... Being unemployed makes it tough to live anywhere else .. A friend bought me a ticket, to a leafs game, for a Christmas gift, and it was a gold seat at the glass.. It cost 88.00 LOL
Ok, we are all in shock here. Is that for real??? Do you know how many car parts that will buy you? Never mind that, you can likely buy a running parts car for that....

What year was that ?
Anyway it is for real. I once read that they make $400,000 a game just on the food. If you eat in say the Hot Stove Lounge you can pay $48 for a prime rib PLUS $6 for a yorkshire pudding PLUS $6 for mashed potatoes, PLUS $6 for asparagres, filet minon costs $50 there.
