1966 Acadian bumper


Is the front bumper on a 66 Acadian and 66 Nova the same

I believe they are the same, 66-67 both acadians and Novas.

Yes, the rear bumper is where the differenxce is.

The bumper styles are the same for the front but if you are going to use a Nova bumper on an Acadian there is a small opening in the license plate area where the hood rod comes through and it won't work.

I honestly didnt get into the Nova/Acadian, I hated the car, car only had 23,000 miles on it and the way it handled,owned lots of 64-67 GMs styling was OK, just they have smaller diameter front suspension and steering linkage pieces, I felt it was to light to handle the car properly, only reason why. maybe back in the day they were more practical, as mostly the car would be groceries, "uptown" once in a week, mine was used for the hwy. and everyday driving, sold it in 95
