If it wasn't for the dream! It wouldn't happen!  Right?   Good observation Rick   THE 427 WILL fit in the Ventura    and the 572 will sound like this:::::::

Carl
That 572 sounds great. I wonder what 6 speed tranny they're running to handle the horse power.
That twin turbo 63 Lemans pushes 2000hp that they tuned down to 1000hp so they could run it on the street. One more thing for my bucket listbiggrinbiggrin

GM had one of their race-version 572's hooked up to a dyno at some show (Super Chevy? NSRA? don't remember)  I went to not too long ago, unmuffled, when they ran it up the scale the sound was unbelievable, made you shiver with lust. Lots of money for one, though <sigh>

Good luck with your projects Carl! I think deck height is taller on the 572 compared to passenger car 427, might need to fabricate headers? I'd be very interested in the fitment issues converting from 427 to the physically bigger 572.
