I'm new in this forum. A member invite me to see this great canadian Pontiac site\forum. Now we can share about the "real" same Pontiac.
I'm the owner of a Pathfinder deLuxe 1953 2 doors sedan since 1995. Some of you probably know my Pontiac. Here a picture of. For now it is on a frame off restoration.
I have to chage the frame, too rusty. I went in BC in 2007 to pickup a frame in Kelowna.
I made a mistake, I bought a 49-52 frame, not a 53-54. They look the same but it is really not.
The body need attention too, I'll "re" work on the project as soon as my house is sold.
My name is André Fitzback and wish you a very nice day.

welcome andre. nice looking car. are you still going to use the wrong frame? or did you get another. do you have any picts of the disassembly of your car.
I'll post picture of the car, and yes my story is on Chevytalk. For the frame, I am in process to "reform" the wrong one. It is almost done. I'm asking to me were I can post my restoration process/progress, can help?
here is a shot from my frame "correction".
I was on Chevytalk because I did not know Canadian Poncho. It's fun to share with the Chevy guys, but it will be more interesting to share with guys who own the really same car.

For the Canadien, I play hockey myself, but I lost interest in NHL since the lock out/strike. So I don't know that much. They have problem since Koivu came back.....I did not watch a game since the lockout/strike, even a period.
Sorry you will have to find another Canadien's specialist!
