69 Parisienne quarters

Hi folks, I just joined  your site so pardon me for the intrusion. I am looking for both rear quarter panels for my 69 Parisienne convertible, I could also use both the windows on the passenger side as my carport collapsed under the weight of the snow this year and crushed my car. Any help in finding these parts would be greatly appreciated. Old Blue could use a few other odds and ends as well but these are necessary ASAP. Thanks
Here's a shot of Blue before I started the exploritory of her quarters

Welcome aboard. Nice to see another 69 Canadian Pontiac owner!

We'll keep an eye out for quarters. They are tough to find!

Unfortunatly the tops of the quarters are really pretty good , but when I started digging around to do the repairs I found that the last body work had been done with a trowel and mud aroung the wheel wells.

Does anyone know if the available repair panels for a 69 Impala match up fairly closely to the parisienne rear quarters

I am not sure. I would guess, they arn't    I have a friend who has been in the same body shop for 40 years.. If I had a problem, he would rebuild them with new steel    Do you know CHIP FOOSE? I hear hes good... lol    I looked at ACROSSCANADABODYPARTS, AND THEY HAVE 67-68 LOWERS...

I'll call Chip after I win the lotto. I know a local guy who can roll me some new fenders, but once again a lottery winning woud really help.

Welcome here.

Just a thought, the 69 guys will know better but would these quarters be the same as Catalina? That would sure open up your options as far as finding used.

I've got a few requests on Catalina and strato chiefs and everything else I could remember from the good ol' days as well. I'm pretty sure the 1970 body parts would work for me as well, since we can just weld in the wheel openings if necessary.

Welcome Pete!

Good to see another 69' Rag owner here! I'm set to tackle my quarters this summer. Luckily, I have one very good quarter from a low mile parts car I found, the other is crunched, but I hope to salvage most of it and piece in the rest. At least my wheeltubs are not completly gone.

My original Quarters were also repaired by the "Rivet and Trowel method"!

Obviously the Bonneville won't work, but I have been told by someone in the know, that even the Catalina Quarters have different dimentions. 70' Big CP Will work.

The quarter Rag window is different than the HT. But I think the door glass is the same. 68-70 CBig CP's, Impala, Bonny, Cat, Delta, Big buick rags all share the same glass.

Good luck and keep posting, It's a good team here that will help you find what you need.

Cheers, Mark.

Yep, the top frame is Good, but that is because the roof was down and the windows were up as I was doing some interior work in my carport shortly before. I had a car cover over the car to keep the local cats, skunks and racoons from setting up shop inside the car. Thanks for all your input fellas. I look forward to chatting again, and will keep ya posted.

Ok, because I think I still have the top frame from a 69 convert I parted out close to 30 years ago. Just not sure what kind of shape it's in any more.
