I'm addicted to Turner Movie Channel !

When I was home at Christmastime I started watching Turner and now I'm basically adicted. I waste hours each weekend watching just about whatever they have on, usually something from the 40's 50's and 60's. For me the costumes both male and female are incredible and the beauty of the stars is breathtaking.

You judge for yourself, I'm posting some period stills of some of the stars I watched this weekend.

I agree Ray. I really like that channel. Some of those ladies were really hot back then! I also became a fan of Bogart. Man he was smooth!

When I was in High School CBC Toronto and TVO would play all those Bogart Classics and I was hooked on them, I was a Trival Pursuit King on Movies then. I'm not so good anymore. Bogart and Bacall, man I had it bad for both of them, but there is something about Lauren Bacall.

I like TCM as well, I just wish that Rogers would have picked another channel to put it on other 48 which was previously SPEED, now you need a digital box to get SPEED.furious

There is no doubt that Jane Fonda was a hot babe in the 60's until she had her "political awakening".  I never tire of watching Barbarella, Klute and the little seen Spirits of the Dead. wink

A hot woman is always a hot woman, no matter when that was.  Another one of favourites from the 50's is Kim Novack.  And Tippi Hedren who starred in The Birds, she is just off the scale. hump.gif
