I don't know if its the one you are talking about. The 66 Acadian L79 in Bowmanville, On?

It ended at 21,300. Reserve not met.

I was watching it too..

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/Chevrolet-Nova-Acadian-1966-L79-Acadian-Invader-Canadian-Nova_W0QQcmdZViewItemQQ_trkparmsZ66Q3a2Q7c65Q3a13Q7c39Q3a1Q7c240Q3a1318QQ_trksidZp3286Q2ec0Q2em14QQhashZitem320354304033QQitemZ320354304033QQptZUSQ5fCarsQ5fTrucks

It's so stupid how even in this weak market that a more common US Chevy2 w/ bogus #'s would've brought more $ and here's a real #'s low production L79 Acadian in a black Post body too and that's all the dough it can muster!.
Actually maybe it's not so stupid after all but better for us Canadians in the know!?

Either way, maybe it works out best that you get to keep the car Roger!

Hi guys, the car never sold. The top bid was quite a way from the reserve. I thought the car would have bid at least 10,000 more. I was surprised at the low bid.Anyway I willput the car back on again, but I will put new pictures and another description. The blue L79 "survivor" Novaon ebay right now has a reserve of 70,000. and its also online at "Cars on Line" for $90,000. Well, when I relist the car, I'll let everyone at Canadian Poncho know.

Good idea,  Try to put the "picture Package" on.  Supersizes the photos and you can put lots on for only about 2.00 if im not mistaken

With all do respect, Your 80% feedback will hurt you bigtime for any buyers a long distance away too.
Maybe if you have a good buddy with 100% positive, you could use his account.

Just a suggestion.

Good luck!

Roger;  why don't you try a Buy it Now price?  You might as well  separate the wanna-bes from the Players.... Carl

I know it sounds lame but why don't you put a meaty set of tires on the car and include the originals in the description. A set of torque thrusts would do a lot for that car. If you were to offer a original 4spd sonsole for a future conversion would help too. I know it's original but you need to market the car. It really has nice lines to it.

Hi Carl, thats a good idea. The next time I list the car I think I might put a buy it now price.
As for 65sssd, If I do anything to the car, I will put 488 gears and a posi in the rear, a 4 speed behind the engine and a set of headers on the motor and race the car at the drag strip.

I think that thing would launch. Drag radials on the rear with lites on the front. I see your vision. Keep in mind that if you keep the original parts for a future sell anybody can put it back.

P.S
I am never offended by someones opinion. Everybody is allowed to have their own opinion.
