Yes, you could get a 4 speed Custom in either bench or bucket seat configuration.
My Nebraskan friend purchased one here in southern Manitoba a number of years back. When he got his GM documents he found it had been bought new at a dealership only about 30 miles from me here and it is butternut yellow 327 4 speed bench seat car.
