Alberta Iron Indian Vehicle Inspections

Today was the day that we finally followed up on the advice given by the SVAA.
They recommended years ago that we start doing visual safety inspections on our vehicles. Club members brought 10 cars to be inspected. We checked things like:
Lights
Horns
Wipers
Hoses
Brake lines
etc.

Found for replacement at least
 3 rubber brake lines
1 transmission mount
1 tire

The guys don't seem to be interested in this site. Most are computer challenged.
Only seventy2plus2 and I spend any time here.
It was nice to see the cars out this early in the year in Calgary.

No Prob...Don't worry, its not any disease, its just me....being scarce. I like to hibernate in the winter and only go out if I have to. Gonna try and make the meeting for May though. Don't know if the wagon will be on the road, but gonna try an be there.

Re the 1953 Pontiac front plate - there used to be a guy each year at the Red Deer Swap Meet that sold them.  It's coming up again on May 1 & 2.  If you want I can see if I spot the guy and get his card or contact info.
