I deal with cross canada a bunch.  Here are some tips if you are going to be dealing with them.  They are a generic parts supplier to the autobody shops.

1. ask if they have more than one line.  If they do, the cheap line is offshore junk and the premium line will be a much better piece - usually from a high end resto source or the OEM.  If they only have one line, ask where its made - its probably cheap offshore junk, but not always.

2.  if you are going to buy through them, go through a friendly bodyshop or parts store that will give you jobber..  They give big discounts to body shops and parts stores.

I have used their cheap line parts on a few cars because I was being cheap, but they contours were never right, and the stampings are thin.  They are better than nothing, but if you can - go with a premium part everytime.  Its much cheaper in the long run.
