Greetings from Astro-Jet !

Just a quick update on Hillar. Operation went well and he is resting comfortably. He wanted me to send his greetings and thanks for best wishes. thumbsup.gif

Hi guys, remember I am at Scarborough General, not the Playboy Hilton! I have a very 'efficient' Phillipino nurse. wink.gif

Operation was over 2 hours, he had to do a little extra work carving out my pelvic bone to get a good snug fit for the new socket, The parts are all made out of titanium and chromium so no cheap offshore stuff for me!

Boy, that sounds great. I've always wanted to have my pelvic bone carved out....... (shudder)

Glad to hear it went well and seems like you still have your sense of humour.

Speedy recovery Hillar!

Hillar, you seem pretty coherent still. You need to get them to increase the morphine.

Thanks Carl, they actually took me off the morphine today, they don't want you to have any more fun than absolutely necessary, this is a public hospital after all!
Looks like from the news that the Red has crested, that is certainly good news for you and all the other Maitobans. Now that the big worry is over, get to work on your cars! But seriously, get rid of those coons first. If they get comfortable at your place, you will soon have an entire colony there. They will literally chew on anything for nesting materials, including vintage interiors!

Yup, the crest is here but the crazy part is that we will see very close to this level for a good two weeks.

No morphine? I'd phone the front desk and complain!!!

I guess we'll put some more marshmallows in the trap tonight and leave it set up outside. If there's two, there's likely more.
