Went out to look at 65 SD on Kijiji and there is more than 1 Acadian there he has 8 but only  3 are for sale they are all projects and need a lot of work. He let me take pics of the ones for sale but not the keepers . The keepers are a 65 Sd hard top ,65 Beaumont 2d post , another 65 Beaumont 2d hard top and a 64 Canso 2d hard top.

For sale is 66 Conso 2d hard top passenger read damage $1500, 63 Acadian 2d hard top rusty but has 2 new rear quarters $900,  and last the 65 SD on Kijiji need lots of work $1800.

I don't see the 63 Acadian, any pictures of that?  I have just returned from Florida and the wife isn't too happy about leaving right away for another trip but, I would really like to go west in the near future.
In order to make the trip practical, I'm looking at buying a 3 car trailer.  Is there anyone interested in paying for some of my diesel fuel in order to get a car back to sw ontario.  I do not want to go any farther than Calgary.  I need to be back by the middle of May.

It appears to be a post car, bummer.  It also appears everything Acadian about the car is gone.
I see another 66 (red) behind the 63, I wonder what that is??

No not this time got tomuch on my plate already and there is a 66 2D Acadian that I am still waiting to see but the guy is away till June

It is for sale that's what I went out there to see he wants $700 for it . Its all there but its pretty rusty. As for auto recycler he is not just collected a bunch of cars and figures it time to sell some he wants to sell them whole not parts

This is too weird. I got a call Friday evening from a guy I met about 2 years ago at the Assiniboia Downs swap meet. At that time I was looking for tail lights. So now he phones me and says he has two sets for sale. We go on to talking about some acadian and Beaumont project he has. His name isn't ED but the phone number is really close.

He also mentioned a 66 SD. It's an original 327 car that he says he would like to keep. I was hoping to meet him this week and convice him maybe to sell it if it's in decent condition.

Same guy or close neighbours, I don't know.

Were you at last years swap meet? I talked to a guy there with two sets of Acadian tailights. The one set was pretty nice too, and actually quite reasonable from what I remember.

What ever happened on that factory 4 speed SD car?

Hey, wait a minute! A 66 SD 327 car would have to be an L79. No 275 horse 327 in a 66 Acadian...

Anyways, the guy with the 67 SD is asking mid to high 20's for that rare piece. He's not advertising and he's not in a hurry to sell. I'll be ready to deal in 2-3 years. In the mean time I'm still collecting parts and working with what I have. I'll probably sell both my cars and all the parts I've collected over the years in order to get the black SD. The kind of money he's asking sound like a fair price to me, but it's not easy to come by. I'd only buy the car first and then sell everything to pay for it.
