Selling the 1980 Z without the drivetrain...lots of interest in the body and the engine...but not together!

 

Has had new lower quarters installed, new tail panel, new drivers side floor pan.  Frames solid, as is the cowl.  Doors have had the bottoms done.  Car is in primer now - body tub has been blocked but needs final panel alignment and the front clip blocked before paint.  Has the original cowl hood, and a spare 79' Z stinger hood.  Bad windshield but rest of glass is good and comes with spare door glass.  Have new T-top seals for car, as well as door seals.  All rust more than surface rust has  been replaced.

 

Body has solid subframe bushings, welded through the floor subframe connectors,  welded front frame saver bars, 6 point roll bar with removable door bars,  a fuel cell sunk into the trunk floor, -8 fuel lines,  quick ratio sterring box, completely rebuilt front suspension with 2" lowering springs, 1LE front disk brake conversion, vette master cylinder, SSB adjustable prop valve, all new brakes,  3.08 posi rear with aluminum drums, Adjustable shocks, urethane bushings in the suspension, battery in trunk with remote solinoid, master power switch, 16x8 rims, etc.  Too much to list. 

 

Interior is pretty nice but carpet is faded.  No back seat due to roll bar, dash is uncracked, Z28 dash cluster with earlier 130mph speedo, nice door panels,  GM Performance parts steering wheel, 4th gen leather seats.  Uncracked, uncut dash.   Interior is currently out of the car since it was getting ready to be painted. 

 

No engine, no transmission.  Car needs to be trailered since it doesn't drive obviously.  Comes with lots of spares.  Car is located in Alliston ontario.  I can leave the WS6 rear end in the car for an additional $500.   Lots of pics availble.

 

$3000 with 3.08 posi drum brake rear, or $3500 with 8.5" 3.42 geared WS6 disk brake rear end with all new brakes.
