The April 2009 issue of Smoke Signals, the POCI monthly magazine has an article on pg. 42 concerning the special display at this years Co-Vention. This is the first year this event is co-hosted by POCI and GTOAA. The article is accompanied by a picture on pg. 47 of the Nutter Center on the campus of Wright State University. The Nutter center is the focus of this years event with the seminars being held inside, the floor of the center is reserved for 90 concours cars and the mezzanine will have a display of Grand Prix's & GTO's. The GTO and Grand Prix Chapters are hosting this years event. Immediately outside the Nutter Center is a spacious terrace around the building and 20' above ground level. From the terrace it is necessary to walk down two sets of steps to reach the street. It is this terrace that will be utilized " to treat two car makes with special consideration". This area will highlight the Oaklands and the Candian Pontiacs. We will have a very special opportunity to display our cars up on this cement pedestal above all the vehicles on the show field. Lets make an effort to have a variety of Canadian Pontiacs on hand for everyone to see.
