Wed nite in Calgary

I'm told this was the first nice Wednesday night for the cruise in at the A&W at McLeod Trail and Glenmore Trail. Here's a few of the Pontiacs in attendance.

This one reminds me of Carls recent purchase. :)

Wonder what happened to the 65 Canso? I have pictures of it from Three Hills 2 years ago and it was perfect at that time. Still the same plate on it so the owner hasn't changed. Looks like he might need to invest in the disk brake upgrade....

When I saw it, I thought of the burnt one Carl just bought. :)

The only owner I saw there was Clint, and he was handing out flyers for the all-Pontiac meet in Calgary.

It was my first car event of 2009. The next will be Three Hills.

I see that you snubbed the 1974 Pontiac Grand LeMans parked near that gold Canso biggrin, otherwise they all look great.

Is that an American car?  It looks longer in the tail.  The dog dishes are correct for an early 60's car...

Thanks guys. I use a 28mm lens as it enables me to stand quite close to the subject. It's good for close quarters shots. It may have made that old Pontiac look longer too!
Here's one I forgot.
