Need Members input for a LOGO for the new Canadian Pontiac Specialty Chapter. Paul has asked for some input on the new LOGO , maybe a picture of an ACADIAN Grill insert with a BEAUMONT Script & a Pontiac Chieftan picture. Any other suggestions. Please let Paul or myself know. If we have no response we will we will create one for the Club. Also Paul has notified me the new Club dues will be $15 for Canadian Members & $20 for US members. Are these dues 0k with founding members or potential new members.

I suggest a large Maple Leaf background with the POCI logo overlaid. I'd use an old school 21 + point leaf as opposed to the 11 point on our flag. No photo shop here at work, maybe I'll do a mock up later.
Nice work Ray but I think the simpler the better is the case for any logo. That maple leaf will be too difficult/expensive to mass produce well. I think the arrowhead or the poci logo in the middle of the Canadian flag motif would be the best.

I like the first one that 73SC has done. With all the logo's included the normal POCI logo in front of a maple leaf. You see I'm partial to the Indian head my 54 doesn't have the arrow head. The arrow head is just a part of the heritage not all of it. Just my opinion

To me, this has all the classic hallmarks of an excellent logo, it is clean, simple and easily identifiable.
We are a subsection of POCI already, so personally I don't think it adds anything to re-incorporate the POCI logo inside our logo, and I do think that combined with an outline of Canada will just be too "busy". JMHO.

Lets see we have two votes from officers of the new chapter favouring the POCI logo overlaid on the leaf plus Rodger for 3. Hillar you are going to have to do a bit of lobbying to catch up with that flag alteration one.
Oh have a look at the one from Texas it seems to use the map outline quite well with a nice script.
