There was a 66 sd restored for sale on the east coast for 30000.00 Canadian so what is this guy smoking? Can you imagine what the undercarrage looks like? All rags are swiss cheese until they are restored. Trust me I own a few. Frame off is the only way to go.

Very nice car!   Its hard to imagine GM taking a Chevelle, and adding Beaumont trim, and building it in Their GM plants, and sending them to Pontiac dealers, and pretending they were not Pontiacs     strangedisbelief     The 67 Beaumont SD396 conv, I had (1 of 66)was a Pontiac

looks really nice.. most of the cars in the Lethbridge area are INCREDIBLE for rust free bodies and frames.. if it's actually from there, it could be a sweet ride. Without "smoking" anything either.
LOL

Notice the owner never took pictures of the underside of the car on ebay. Nothing to brag about. Mine looks like the blue rag too after it was blasted, cut, patched, and painted. Listen, if these cars were worth that I would enjoy the money but I would sooner see it sell for less and be properly restored. Not over restored, not money thrown at it. This car is out of most restorers budget and that is a shame.

yes, most Canadian rags or any 40 year old rags have rot by now-we can ask what we like-the market will only bare what one will pay.

The blue rag has not been patched-thats original paint in that trunk pan

mine is a little less impressive

I have some that look like that too. I just want guys to save all these nice Beau's. At 50000.00 to restore, they will never survive.
