Penticton had a beautiful day with around 700 cars, that's about all they comfortably have room for on that part of their venue. As you know I'm not a photographer by any means but will try to get a few up here of some of the unique vehicles and the entertainment. The Blues brothers put on a great show as always. Tryed to get a picture of the water skier over top of the burgandy buick but you need pretty good eyes to be able to see him. The lake was just glass in the morning but was better for wind surfers in the afternoon. Caught one picture of Rick and Clint's and their buddy's cars from Calgary. I think Clint is in the middle trying to make contact with the rest of them in the beer garden. Alot of really, really nice cars with quite a few out of Montana, Washington, and Oregeon state. Had fun and the day went way to quick.

Great pictures John. Glad you've got the patience and the touch for those. By the way that's not me by my car. I've got no hair and he is a lot better looking.

Nice pics, thanks for posting, Love the 68 and 69 Beaumont. 73SC here is a good side by side shot of the 68 and 69 front ends to see the diferance in headlight bezels and grill.

it was an excellent show, if I recall they had 673 cars registered. Very well organized, great weather, great cars, numeruos hotties walking around, etc. We had 5 from our Calgary club there:
my yellow 70 2+2 convertible, Rick's (67rag396) red 67 Parisienne 2+2 convertible, Warren's red 67 Grand Parisienne, Gord's blue 67 Parisienne convertible, Ken's black 56 Laurentian. - he's had it since 1968.
Every couple of years we try to gather up the gang and go long distance to a show. This one was Rick's idea, he was going and a bunch of us decided to tag along.

I knew I recognized those cars. Nice to know the old bombs can still go the distance.
