Went Camping Today

We took our trailer, to a local RV campground, a few miles from here, 2 weeks ago.. We enjoyed it, and booked in this week biggrin  I had brought trailer home, and "parked" it "as equipped"    I came home from ONDR show, yesterday, and took trailer to campground and set it up...  My wife went to it this morinong and I went out after lunch..   She reported to me her HP laptop, and new flat screen TV in front bedroom are gone!!   She has a flat screen in the living room, and 1 in back bedroom as well... The was a DVD player and video camera in the bed!   Someone grabbed the TV ( left the cords) and her laptop!   The case holding the laptop contained 20 hours of research, on a sermon she is doing this Sunday..  She was ticked!!   She called our wonderfull insurance company, of 30 years, of claim freehmm   We are covered!  IF we make a claim, we will lose our 25% claim free discount for 3 years, and of course rates will go up a "little"  lol    Who's the crook?   I was glad the trailer wasn't trashed, and all the other stuff taken..  Now I have to lock things up like I live in a city confuse    have a good summer...august misc 012.jpg

That's terrible Carl! Was the door locked? As you may recall my Buick was ransacked a few weeks back. Apparently my neighbor across the street had the same thing happen to him a couple of weeks ago. His GPS was gone.

I hate that!   30 years in same house, and never a thing gone no  I used to leave my shop truck, sitting out front, with 16 11R22.5 Michelins, and the keys in it..hmm  When we had a Colman tent trailer  in 05 it used the same key as every other Colamn tent trailer..    I presume, it may be the same with Prowler keys?   Locks just keep the honest people out biggrin    Now I have to put a lock on my car port out back...cry

Sad to hear that Carl. Theft from RV's is on the rise. All those flat screens and CD systems plus the satellite systems too.
