Strange rims


I was changing tires and rims today,     and came across a pair of rims, that had Goodyear blue streak racing tires on them....  they were found, in back of old van..  I thought they would be good for garden hose holders! biggrin  Then, I thought, they would be good for my BFG Radial drag tires   They look like Olds Cutlass wheels  15x7 Chrome with flat painted centres   they look like, they have never been on a car  confuse

Could be from an 80's 442 or Hurst Olds.

I like chrome rim with black centre.
They do look like Oldmobile.

Yup they look like olds ralley's but with the center painted solid black...
I had the 14x6's on my Cutlass and you could get the 15x7's on the 442's and hurst olds as mentioned above.

they are 1974? and older, I know the early Olds wheels used a center cap that bolted in from the back side. the later 80's version used a bottle neck center that the center cap popped into. there should also be a date stamp on the outer rim area ( hidden by tire normally ) most times by the valve stem.

I thought they would be cool for my P235/60R15 BFG drag tires   I have them on 15 x7 rallies, but I thought the chrome would look go on test and tune Friday nights
