That pic looks more like a Trans-Am series car and most certainly won't be their Nascar entry or they'll surely lose to the more aerodynamic competition?.
I heard the Challenger and the Rustang were both going for approval in Nascar but not the Camaro...perhaps it'll just be a Pace Car so always out front anyway!.

I know what i like, and i don't like the look of that thing. It's going to be sad too if it comes down to just Ford and Toyotas on the roundy round circuit. What a great time it would be for a new Trans Am series to start up with the pony cars we have coming out...alas...i doubt it will happen.
With Nascar using a consistant body, for all races, the "logos" of the car brands, are no more than "mobile advertising" The Mustang trim, is not any different, than putting "Texaco" or "Tide" on the car.. I love Nascar .. I drove 75 mph on Michigan International raceway, and I can't imagine going 188 mph and turning left with 40 some others on your ass..
