looks great ! I had 14 x 7's I was going to use on it with blackwalls-the white letters work. The trim rings work too-now tell the swipe card guys that your missing an extra $700 and you'll be off to the races !

Ok, I'm baaack. I took Connie to Woodstock for ice cream. She walked behind the garage, saw the car, stopped and said "Wow! I like your wheels! The car looks MEAN! I like the chrome!"..
Of course the radials makes the Laurentian ride and drive like a new car. I now see how tight the car really is! Between that and the cooler air helping the engine run great, the car was a real pleasure to drive tonight. Looks like the redlines and wheels may end up on Kijiji if Ken isn't interested in them. I may have overtightened the wheel nuts and am afraid these wheels may not come off....

Looks good Todd. I swapped the Vette rally wheels with the Pontiac centres back on my 69. Love that look.

I think they match the 427 emblems very well.

Also it appears you have finally seen the light regarding trim rings.  Another soul has been saved!biggrin

All CP's that came with rally wheels came with trim rings - that is how they are supposed to be in order to be authentic Canadian Pontiacs.wink

I'll drop off a rubber mallet, I think you can handle it, heading to Ex and the Air Show.

Now I can't stop driving the damn thing! I washed the car and then I picked up Earl and we drove to Tims for coffee (in the next town!). The car is such a joy. It's rekindled my love!

That's the look for me, Todd. However, I'm still a blackwall kind of guy, but the trim rings is sure a step in the right direction!

Looks great! I must admit I voted for no trim rings but those wheels and tires a sweeeeeet on your car. And of course a vote of approval by the wife is the final blessing!
