Will be there on Saturday as a spectator. Have a daughter playing soccer at the coast on the weekend so will just come with my wife's car as I'll be doing a bit of running around. Maybe catch up to you there. Sounds like another hot weekend coming up, temp in the low 30's up here. Should be fun. I know you sure have to hustle just to see all the cars. I breeze by most of them and probably only spend time with about 50 of them.

Not sure if I can make it. I have been entrenched in a summer project (time permitting) that needs to get completed. A damn fence and having to deal with the neighbors property height differences. Oh and by the way, did I mention that the neighbours like to stand around and watch what the hell I am doing. At least they have agreed to pay for their portion of the material costs. I have completed both the sides and closed up the fronts including finishing the neighbours front panels landscaping, etc. Well at least I got paid from the 2 so far and a thanks from both, but thats it. Wish they had helped out and then the project would have been completed. Doing everything by yourself sure takes time especially when you need three hands and you only have two.

The neighbour to the back of me has put a garden that restricts the water to the city storm drain and it all backs up into my yard. I need to dig a trench and put PVC tubing in and tie it into the storm drain in the neighbours yard. So far all I have is the fence posts in. 6 x 6 pressure treated posts oil stained and then a sheet of 1/16" plastic between the garden and the 6 x 6  so as to not have the dirt sitting up against the wood so it starts to rot out right away. All this has yet to be done.

Thanks for letting me vent. Pics attached and the pics of the back that needs to be done.

NICE CAR !!

I almost bought a 66 Tempest Custom convertible a few years ago. Had less than 40,000 miles on it's original 326. I think it's still available, in Kinkardine Ontario.
Originally red, but someone had painted it while. Odd.

Ok As a heads up there is a cruise on friday night leaving Kwantlen college at approx 6:00pm Not sure of the exact route and will be ending up at the Twilight drive in in aldergrove. I will be there helping out for a while but then think I will be taking off and heading to all the festivities of burning rubber down town langley. Just as a heads up I have been told there is a large oresence of plain clothes officers communicating with radio. So on that note be cautious where you decide to take a little life off of your tires. As for tomorrow I should be parked on 204 between fraser hwy and douglas cresent Stop by and say Hello Well its time for me to go and have fun. Drive safe folks  http://www.langleycruise-in.com/

It was a Zoo down in Langley. Went down burn-out road and warmed up the tires. Something happened when I went for a second time. A 1/4 mile and people crammed on both sides.......someone must of lost control.

I just got home and all I can say is pretty much all of langley is shut down. The burnouts started getting out of hand so only one way to stop it is shut down the town. The drive in cruise went very well. Well hope to see some of you on Saturday
