That is similar to what comes with the Pontiac Historical package that you can order for the US Pontiacs.

Kinda neat.

Me too. I also have a neat 1969 Pontiac, Beaumont Acadian and GMC Truck "1969 Preliminary New Product Information Compliments of Your Training Centre Instructor" book. It must have been a handout at a tech training course. Lots of great info. For example here's how the front sheet metal changes are described for the Beaumont for 1969:

"Beaumont front end sheet metal is basically unchanged for 1969. A new front appearance is achieved through use of a new radiator grille in addition to restyled trim, ornamentation and front marker lamps. The new four-piece plastic radiator grille is retained to the center support assembly with eight screws. Bright molding which surround the new grille are retained to the header panel and to the grille with screws. The two grille extensions are retained by two screws. A new radiator support is used. Only one radiator support (used with base radiator) will be carried in service. Those equipped with heavy duty radiator will use this same support, however, it must be modified slightly on radiator installation"

There's also a bunch of great illustrations.
