GTO vs Lemans inner fenders.

I'm useing a set of Lemans inner fenders which only have two holes at the top to mount to the fender....and the GT0 has three holes in the top. Whats the best way to drill the 3rd hole , so it lines up?. I kinda want to do it before paint and putting it on the car.
