Our biggest show of the year on Sunday

2 days until our biggest show. Forecast is good, it should be full and turning people away hopefully. I think it ends up around 1000 cars if the weather is nice.

Who's going?

CP photoshoot at a pre-arranged time and place?

Ok, first off, shame on all you CP members I met at the show and noticed you didn't have your CP shirt on!!! My son and I had the only CP shirts I saw there.....

Now, here's some pics. Mostly cowl tag stuff.

One thing to note though for you 67 Beaumont guys. The cowl tag on the black car is now officially the oldest 738 car on our registry, one day older than the previous oldest one from Dec 13/66. This one is Dec 12/66. Slowly we close in on that 738-736 w/A51 changeover date!

This cowl tag pic did not turn out. I know it said 12 12 but I forget if it was shift 1 or shift 2.

Check out the documents for this one in the shot after the car shot-

Love the roof!

Think this one was on Kijiji and discussed on here-

My brother owned this car about 33 years ago. It looked a lot worse then....

I'd like to see that gasser after he has it done-up.
Thanks for the pic's.

I just stick my arm in and click.....If it sucks take another. If you can see the tag on the screen on your camera....it should be good

Dave

He is aware of that. The owner is a semi-friend/acquaintance of mine. The original engine is long gone, sadly.

Yup, Edelbrocks.

He's already turned down 25 for the car. Neat car, no options, it's a 3.73 diff. Hold down the loud pedal and yank on that shifter!

How did I miss you and your car? Someone told me when I was at the west end you were east end. We went back but couldn't find you.

Perfect day is right, My forehead and neck think it was a bit too perfect!
