Interesting, VIN shows it was built in Oshawa, 7th digit is 1 BUT 5th digit as  M shows it has Pontiac 350. This was built for export to the USA.

Hard to tell but they look like the small caps. Just noticed it was made about 7,500 cars after mine according to the last 6 digits of the VIN.
