Welcome and thanks for the photos!!....

I am sure this is what 67 Heaven was just asking for..

Maybe we can move this to that section?

I am sure, that the love of these cars, does not stop our friends, from doing a nice job...   I wish I had your weather, and your open roofed garage   lol

There was a thread on one of the car sites I visit..a guy was using it..said it worked..look easy enough..and it was..they have some other neat rpoducts too..used about 1 gallon of "goo" and 5 sheets of the paper( they give you 4!)..very happy with the product. Bottom is clean and going for blasting hopefully this week. I also found some rust ion the seat pan so I fixed that as well..should be in primer in two weeks.

you do awesome work there. Keep them pics coming, you are an inspiration for sure! Question though, wouldn't a sandblaster do a good job of the floors ?

A small set back today..after having the header panel blasted I found that there was nothing left of it!!..swiss chees!! Beaumont header panels are unique although a Malibu header is close..I made one work with some modifications:

cheesey metal!

differences between Chevelle and Beaumont header panels

removing the center piece

welding in repair

finished

a new Beaumont header panel..no rust!!
total repair time..about 3.5 hours

Great work there Albert. The cool thing is when you're finished you'll have a Beaumont and not a Chevelle, nothing against Chevelles. Keep it up, have enjoyed your pictures and progress.

Groovy man. I really like this.

Beauty of it is that you are a chassis swap away to go in a different direction.

Really hope to see some more progress....and not in 9 years.
