Just wondering if anyone has access to 56 Laurentian interior material, namely the cloth for the seats?

I think the upholstery is the same as 56 Chevy. SMS auto fabrics would be your best bet
CLICK HERE for the website. If you have any remnants of the original upholstery remaining you could send a piece to them and they could likely match it up.

The seats are the same but the material and pattern is completely different. Thanks for the link, I've asked them to send me some samples.
