I would want to check the X frame, especially around the rear wheels. They had some issues in this area. Some trim emblems if missing may be difficult to locate also. I had one of these in 1970 and used it for general transportation, Butternut Yellow, 261, powerglide, radio, clean beige cloth interior, no tears or rips - bought it rust free for the whopping price of $35. Spent another $125 for exhaust, tie rods and tires and drove it problem free for 2 years and sold it for $100 to buy a 1961 Parisenne bubble top (that I sure wish I still had today). ARCADIAN
Check the floors & body mounts as well, if it's an Ontario car, try & get it on a hoist & really go "over" the underside, frame rott will be a killer, as it's a major job, also check out where the strg. box bolts on to frame & back side of rocker panels
