When the issue came out (Jan 1991) the car belonged to a guy named Henry Wertheim of Port Jefferson Station, NY. The articles states it's one of 66 made. This one was shipped to the Calgary Zone office instead of a dealer and apparently spent most of it's life in Lethbridge, Alberta. The car is blue.

66 sounds right if it's got a folding top, yup.

Can't recall seeing a blue one in any magazine though.

The pics are all B&W however the car is described as blue in the article. I'm surprised I found this issue so quickly!

Nice car.

Is that the original air cleaner? I don't think I've seen one on a Beaumont like that.

Well, that IS neat. I have to go check the parts book, not that it is the final say by any means.

The only car that I have seen that air cleaner on stock from the factory are 70-72 Z-28s.  I don't believe it was ever stock on a Beaumont, all Canadian built cars came stock with an auto-thermac air cleaner assembly to my knowledge.

i have the same car from the calgary area, strathmore motors my car is the same color combo as this car but my car has the open element air cleaner and is a 350 hp 4sp, all my 68 sd cars are 350 hp open element cars, im sure the 325hp cars had a single snorkle just like the 325 hp motors in the big cars.
