 We got snow, and it stayed on the ground for about an hour, then went away... Banff and the mountains usually start getting snow sooner than Calgary, thats when we know winters coming...LOL, When you look west and see the tops of the mountains getting white, you know it'll be here soon.
  Its amazing though, how different the weather can be between Banff area and Calgary

I lost 40,000 green leaves and several big limbs   most of my outdooe stuff is at the neighbors   winds over 900 kilopaskels
